Manhattan neighborhoods where we provide water damage restoration services.
New Royale is based on the Upper East Side and primarily serves Manhattan. Our location allows us to respond quickly to water damage situations in the neighborhoods closest to us, and we regularly take on work throughout the borough. Below are the areas where we most frequently work.
Our home base. We serve the full Upper East Side from East 59th Street to East 96th Street, including the avenues along the East River. This is where we do the majority of our work, and we're very familiar with the building stock in the area — from pre-war co-ops to newer condo developments.
The Yorkville section of the Upper East Side, roughly from East 79th to East 96th Street, has a mix of older walk-ups and mid-rise apartment buildings. We handle water damage work here regularly, often dealing with aging plumbing systems common in this part of the neighborhood.
Lenox Hill, stretching from the East 60s to the mid-70s, includes a range of residential buildings from brownstones to high-rises. Water damage in this area often involves older plumbing infrastructure and the particular challenges of pre-war building construction.
Carnegie Hill, from East 86th to East 96th Street along the park side, features many well-maintained co-ops and townhouses. We've worked on water damage jobs in this neighborhood involving everything from radiator leaks to roof-related water intrusion.
While our primary focus is the Upper East Side and surrounding neighborhoods, we also take on water damage restoration work in other parts of Manhattan. If you're located elsewhere in the borough and dealing with a water damage situation, feel free to reach out — we're happy to discuss whether we can help with your specific location and situation.
Working in Manhattan apartments is different from working in suburban homes or commercial spaces. Building access, elevator scheduling, noise restrictions, neighbor coordination, and working with building management are all part of the process. Because we do this work regularly in these neighborhoods, we know how to navigate these logistics efficiently.
We also understand the common building types in our service area — pre-war construction with plaster walls and original plumbing, post-war buildings with their own set of common issues, and newer construction with modern systems. Each type presents different challenges when water damage occurs, and knowing what to expect helps us respond more effectively.
